Financial Accountant - London
The opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join a multi-national Property Investment company, based in London, has arisen. This great new opportunity is available on a temporary to permanent basis.
As Financial Reporting Accountant you will be responsible for the financial reporting for multiple Property Investment funds and will be working as part of a team. This opportunity will offer the successful candidate to work in a client facing capacity and working alongside the business.
Main responsibilities will also include:
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS
- Producing and presenting board reports
- Consolidating financial statements
- Assisting with management reporting
Ideally you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) who is able to demonstrate excellent numerical and analytical skills. Experience reporting under UK GAAP and IFRS on property funds within Investment Management would be highly desirable. Working with a broad range of people you will hold excellent communication skills.
