Financial Accountant (M/F) recruitment
The individual will be member of the Luxembourg based FA team with primary responsibility for participating in the finance, accounting and tax compliance functions for the Luxembourg based investments and holding companies.
You will :
-Produce and maintain the accounts (general ledger, balance sheet and income statement) for Luxembourg-based holding companies; ensure accurate and timely monthly closing of the books.
-Prepare quarterly and annual financial reporting for investors reporting and regulatory requirements
-Liaise with outside service providers to review quarterly and annual financial reports for holding companies and investment level entities;
-Assist with the implementation and development of new accounting software and new chart of accounts for Luxembourg based entities;
-Participate in tax compliance of Luxembourg-based entities;
-Help to develop and implement controls and procedures regarding investment accounting and reporting functions;
-Contribute to ad hoc projects depending on business needs and development
Your profile :
-Qualified accountant or similar University Degree with 2 to 5 years experience in public accounting or a real estate fund;
-Experience with Luxembourg based holding company structures and Luxembourg accounting regulations;
-Experience with accounting systems (BOB or similar) and highly proficient in Excel;
-Knowledge of common legal documents and tax structures used in Luxembourg
-English fluent, French or German would be an advantage
