Our client is a global logistics business based in the North Western suburbs of Melbourne.

Job Description

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller you will be in charge of the day to day accounting functions and ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly results, other responsibilities include:

• Analysis and interpretation of financial information
• Tax compliance – BAS and income tax return
• Cash flow management
• Actual versus budget analysis
• Statutory reporting
• Monthly reporting
• Ad hoc analysis

The Successful Applicant

CA/ CPA qualified (or studying towards) you will be an accountant with good business acumen and strong financial accounting skills. You will possess excellent communication skills and a high level of drive and motivation. It is essential in this role that you have advanced excel skills and previous SAP experience.
