Financial Accountant – Property – London recruitment
Financial Accountant - Property - Our Client is a private real estate business who are involved in developing, trading and investing in both commercial and residential UK property and managing and operating real estate funds to generate returns to their investors through a value-add process. The group has an extensive range of in house real estate expertise that they now wish to add to with the recruitment of a qualified Financial Accountant. The Role will be responsible for:
- Most aspects of the accounting reporting of the head office accounting function.
- Controlling the production of statutory accounting and reporting information.
- Monitoring and reviewing fund investor requests/returns.
- Preparing and monitoring of FSA submissions/compliance.
- Preparing and controlling fund partnership’s and NRL tax returns.
- Monitoring and controlling VAT returns/matters.
The Person: To apply you will be a qualified ACA or ACCA with strong technical accounting knowledge and experience of dealing with corporate matters, Tax, HMRC etc. with strong communication skills. You will be a resourceful, self-starter who is prepared to roll their sleeves up whilst being an independent thinker, who is looking to be involved in an exciting and growing business.
