Financial Accountant – Real Estate – Berlin / Germany recruitment
Financial Accountant - Real Estate - OUR CLIENT is a pan European investor and asset manager and part of a larger successful Property Group who have expanded acquisitively over the past few years - They now require an experienced and qualified Accountant to join their team in Berlin. THE ROLE will entail:
- Reporting to the Head of Finance in London and the local MD.
- Quarterly financial and management Reporting
- Checking and analysing reports from property managers and producing financial information for inclusion in Group accounts
- Maintaining and producing accounts for a group c10 companies.
- Producing both Corporate and property asset level accounts
- Quarterly internally reporting.
- Liaising with Tax advisors
- VAT reporting and analysis
THE PERSON: To apply you will be a qualified Accountant with strong interpersonal and communications skills with fluency in both German and English. You will ideally have a background in real estate, possess strong Excel and reporting / technical skills and be self- motivated with a solid 'hands on' track record. The role will also require monthly travel to the UK for 1/2 days.
