Financial Accounting – Regulatory Reporting Accountant recruitment

As a Financial Accounting – Regulatory Reporting Accountant – ENO your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Audit, accounting or reporting experience

• A degree-level education (or equivalent) in accounting or finance

• Excellent MS Office skills, especially with Excel

• Team player, proactive, self starter, who can be dynamic and implement process changes

As a Financial Accounting – Regulatory Reporting Accountant – ENO your main responsibilities will involve:

• Preparing and analysing daily and month-end net capital computation and supplemental data reports, as well as FOCUS reports and customer reserve formulas

• Managing ad hoc regulatory data reviews

• Creating Federal Reserve Bank and Department of Commerce reports.

• Manage day to day production of the reg capital and large exposure report for CSUK Ltd, ensuring complete and accurate reporting

• Prepare monthly FSA returns for all CSAM entities.

• Assist in the preparation of Bank of England returns monthly for CSUK Ltd

• Assist in preparation of non capital FSA returns for CSSEL CSi and CSiUK

• Develop, implement and maintain ongoing process improvements to meet changing external and internal reporting requirements.

• Continually assess control environment and improve controls to ensure completeness and accuracy of reporting is maintained .

• Liaise with upstream data providers to ensure quality of data being provided is appropriate

• Provide appropriate internal MIS and KPIs to management to communicate regular status of reporting, production, projects etc

• Ensure adequate procedures, work papers and evidence of controls are prepared and maintained in line with relevant internal and external policies

• Respond to ad hoc requests from senior management, internal client departments and external parties as required.
