Our client is one of the largest banks in the world, with offices across 77 countries and with 45 millions customers across the globe.  They are currently seeking ambitious and highly motivated Financial Advisers to work within their Wealth Management Division to deliver financial planning solutions to new and existing customers in the personal HNW market.
 
The banks Premier arm is a premium banking service for their affluent clients. It offers the world’s first globally linked-up banking service together with an exclusive range of Premier services and package of added-value benefits. A £450m transformation has given the Premier arm even more potential to grow their HNW client bank. Their service grew by 35% last year and an extensive programme of retail development is under way to provide a network of some 300 Premier centres in all major cities where the advisers can operate from.
 
THE ROLE 

Working within one of their branch offices, you will be providing Financial Planning advice on a full range of regulated products such as Investments, Protection, Pension: Retirement Planning Service (SIPPS, Stakeholder), IHT Planning, Trusts, Portfolio Review Service and Share Dealing to clients who have assets of over £100,000+ to invest or have an income of over £100,000+
 
You will be supported in your role by leads provided by relationship managers who portfolio manage the HNW Clients. You will have strong relationship building skills (possibly gained from networking with accountancy firms/branches etc) so you can work closely with your colleagues in terms of coaching and developing them to provide quality referrals and pro-actively identifying opportunities to build your client portfolio through prospecting an existing client database, networking and referrals.
 
You will have strong relationship building skills and a minimum of 24 months regulated sales experience, coupled with an excellent sales track record.  You should be Diploma qualified and currently hold Competent Adviser Status.

Minimum Requirements:

*Diploma in financial services
*CAS
*2 Years minimum regulated sales experience as a financial adviser
*Previous experience as an IFA/Wealth Planning/ or top quartile tied adviser 
*Strong track record of achieving targets
