THE ROLE

You’ll use your expert knowledge to take the mystery out of financial planning and provide holistic advice to their branch customers on everything from investments, pension, protection and IHT/Tax Planning.

Working with your branch team you'll need to develop strong relationships and developing them to provide quality referrals and pro-actively identifying opportunities to build your client portfolio through prospecting an existing client database, networking and referrals. So therefore you do not need to bring a client bank with you when you join, as all leads will be provided. You should also be able to demonstrate coaching and training skills as well as the ability to influence others to deliver a result.

Your role will include
To support the bank’s strategy to put customers at the heart of what they do through the provision of sound investment advice to customers to meet their financial needs.
To provide investment advice to new customers and advisory reviews to existing customers, to meet their needs ensuring they are treated fairly, appropriate advice standards are met and conduct risk to the business is minimised.
Earn and keep the trust and loyalty of customers by ensuring the best customer experience is personally delivered.
Ensure customers are treated fairly at all times through the provision of high quality and suitable customer advice.

The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated financial services sales with a minimum of 2 years experience, coupled with an excellent track record. You should be fully Diploma qualified in financial planning and currently hold Competent Adviser Status.

Minimum Requirements:

*Diploma in Financial Planning
*6 months minimum CAS
*2 Years minimum regulated sales experience as a financial adviser
*Experience as an IFA/Financial Adviser
*Must have banking experience
*Strong track record
