To be successful for this role you must have;
· A sound knowledge of Financial Planning
· Be a proven “Hunter
· Excellent communication skills
· Industry knowledge
· Detailed experience as an Adviser dealing with a wide range of portfolios.
You will possess a communicative, consultative style supported by strong technical skills and a willingness to take ownership which will ensure a strong business outcome.
Personally, you must display high-level influencing skills, strong business planning skills, exceptional communication, proven client management skills, come with a track record of performance and have a desire to hunt new business.
Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and above will be highly regarded.
“Hunting” and leveraging leads through existing relationships and referral networks are vital to this role.
