Our client is a growing financial planning company based in the City of London.
Their business is to help both private and corporate clients with their financial, legal, taxation and lifestyle choices. They currently advise the European Tour and Professional Golfers, the British Athletes Commission and also other leading city accountancy and leading law firms and charity`s.
They do this through establishing long term relationships with their clients, understanding their needs and objectives and guiding them through (what is otherwise) a complex field, providing them with dedicated account managers who are supported by an extensive team of experts.
Position: Financial Adviser
Location: London, nearest tube station is Farringdon
ROLE:
Our clients continued success has lead to a need to recruit the next generation of advisers to meet the demands of their clients.
New entrants join our client`s Academy which provides a comprehensive and fast paced training and coaching scheme, comprising both classroom style teaching and on the job training. Once this has been successfully completed you will join one of our client`s teams and be mentored by one of their partners.
You will then begin your professional qualification programme. This starts with the financial planning certificate which will lead to you gaining qualifications in areas such as financial regulations, investments, pensions, taxation, mortgages and protection. You will then progress to the financial planning diploma, and finally study towards becoming a chartered financial adviser, with the costs of the training and qualifications borne by the company.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
a) You will need to be educated to Degree Level.
b) Have excellent communication skills.
c) Self motivation and a determination to excel.
d) Guaranteed eligibility to work in the UK.
