Financial Advisor

We are looking for Financial Advisors – an outside sales, entrepreneurial type of position.  Many of our advisors come to us from a variety of professional backgrounds.  We are interested in speaking with anyone who has had success in sales that may be open to learning about new career opportunities.

Financial Advisor role:

• Prospecting for clients, referrals, building a book of business

• Work with clients on their needs by helping them reach their long or short-term goals, whether it be retirement, college planning, estate planning, protection for themselves or loved ones, and wealth accumulation

• Developing professional relationships through your natural market, referrals, local seminars, work place partnerships, networking groups, etc

• Completing required training and obtaining industry licenses (Life Health, Series 7 66)

The Heartland Group has a comprehensive training program designed to help transition you into the industry.  You will not only learn about the products Penn Mutual has to offer, but also, advanced selling concepts, unique software strategies, and best practices.  Managers and mentors are located within the office to work with you towards success.

Compensation Benefits:

• Upon completing training – a three year base salary + commissions
