Financial Advisory Services Manager/ Senior Manager – Luxembourg recruitment

The role
• Management of client outsourced consolidations
• Setting and improvement of the consolidation processes and reviews
• Assisting on Mergers Acquisitions and business combination projects
• Assisting GAAP conversion and analysis
• Management of the preparation of the annual statutory accounts
• Representing the client to local service providers, explain investment activities and structures as required; ensure a timely and quality service is provided by 3rd parties, meeting the requirements of the client
• Ensuring that robust procedures and controls are put in place and appropriate GAAP is applied
• Client management. Professionalism and competence in all interactions with the client.
• Commercial developments
• Team management, training and coaching.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Experience within the Financial Services sector in an accounting or audit role for a minimum of 5 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (French and German language skills would be an advantage)
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Be driven to deliver the best service quality to clients
