Function
As a Financial Analyst, you will start working in the Costing Group of the Benelux Finance Team, located in Bergen op Zoom in the Netherlands. Later you will have opportunities to rotate to other areas, including capital expenditures, financial reporting, and market budgeting reporting in Antwerp, Belgium etc.
In your first position as a Financial Analyst in the factory Costing Department you are responsible for budgeting, costing and reporting to internal management and to the Operations Centre in Lausanne.
As a Financial Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
Profile
- Strong leadership skills, but willing to start with basic and hands-on tasks (input)
- A highly motivated and result oriented person,
- Proactive individual approach towards your tasks but willing to help colleagues when necessary,
- Assertiveness (at ease when presenting and reporting to senior management);
- An analytical thinker; able to distinguish priority from detail (understand the essence)
- Fluent in Dutch and English with written reporting skills
- Flexible and able to cope with deadlines
- International career aspirations and mobility
