Description:
The position will support the financial reporting and analysis of the Theatrical Marketing and Distribution Department. This includes ad hoc reporting and support to the Marketing and Distribution team. The position reports to the Manager and the Senior Analyst of the department.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
*Monitors cost reports by title
*Works with Marketing and Distribution to resolve budget issues
*Directly supports Operations with various processes and procedures
*Financial systems support for the LA office Territories
*Supports the Manager and Senior Analyst
*Prepares training materials manuals as needed
*Responsible for researching various discrepancies (invoice PO)
*Prepares/Reviews supplemental budgets (e.g., events budgets)
*Prepares journal entries
*Meets corporate deadlines as relevant
*Assists with month end accrual
*Prepares ad hoc reports and analysis as requested
Qualifications:
Basic qualifications:
*Bachelor?s Degree
*Minimum 1-2 years Finance/Accounting experience
Desired skills:
*SAP experience
*Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
*Good analytical skills
*Strong time management and organizational skills
*Attention to detail
*Strong communication skills
