Senior Financial Analyst at Fortune 500 Bank in Charlotte Job Description Senior Financial Analyst responsible for conducting financial analysis in Commercial Mortgage Portfolio Surveillance Group of bank. Must be able to perform variance analysis on their first day and who can think through analytical questions on their own Minimum Qualifications BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance MBA preferred Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail Advanced written and verbal communication skills Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/MS Access Able to work under tight quarterly deadlines, and interact with all levels of management Enjoy working in an energetic team environment Specific Skills required include experience with CRE Finance Council ( formerly Commercial Mortgage Securities Association) reporting requirements which include: Operating Statement Analysis Report, NOI Adjustment Worksheet, Comparative Financial Status Report, Property File, Periodic File, and the Financial File.
