Financial Analyst
A leading international Energy business based in South West London has a job for a top quality Finance Business Partner to assist them over a difficult period.
Working with the shipping business, this position will be required to work closely with non-finance operational managers to help them understand their cost base, variable cost, and to improve their financial forecasting accuracy and timeliness. The successful candidate will be preparing MI on the cumulative forecasts and reports from these managers, to provide to senior management and stakeholders within the Shipping Business.
Additionally, there will be a requirement to assist with the implementation of some modules of the SAP system. Previous experience with SAP, and involvement in implementation projects will be essential.
The candidates we require for this role will be Qualified Accountants (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent), and have significant post-qualification experience working for a large international business with a matrix management structure. Experience from the Oil Gas, Mining, or Energy sectors will be beneficial, as will excellent communication ability, particularly when speaking to non-finance staff. This role is due to start quickly, and will be expected to last for 6 months initially.
