Financial Analyst
The Investment Manager has only been in existence for 3 years, but currently has over £600mn under management across 3 funds, with plans to set up and grow new businesses within Private Equity, Fixed Income and Equities. (Thus far the investment focus has been on Real Estate and Infrastructure).
I am looking for an analyst level candidate who is highly competent in writing pitch books, investor presentations, knowledgeable of capital markets, debt and is an excellent financial modeller. They will be able to hit the ground running, be efficient and able to turn things around quickly, as well as being integral in analysing new business growth opportunities for them, across a broad range of sectors. Someone with real estate transaction experience and who could help train other analysts would be ideal.
