Job Description:
• Conduct Variance analysis of monthly financial results versus forecast and budget
• Assist in the coordination of preparing monthly financial forecasts and annual budgets
• Support the creation of presentation materials developed for Executive Management
• Prepare analysis and presentation of Key Performance indicators
• Develop Executive Management reports
• Coordinate with Accounting to improve financial reporting and analysis
• Develop complex financial models for short-term projects and long-term business case modeling.
• Understand, improve, streamline and maintain existing financial and operational reports and models
• Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed to support operational decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes, set targets, develop plans, conduct analysis, and measure results. Identify process gaps, present data and propose solutions.
