Our client in the west end has an immediate contract opportunity for a bilingual Customer Service Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve Invoicing/pricing issues
- Provide clients with information on incentive programs and resolve questions and payment issues.
- Problem Solving and Analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
Fluently Bilingual in French and English (written verbal) with 3 years in a customer service environment.
