Financial Analyst – Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) recruitment

 You will ensure that the financial controls measures, policies and procedures are implemented, especially with respect to project accounting and reporting. 

Key Roles Responsibilities   
 1. Financial Control
-Ensure accounting policies and procedures are implemented consistently based on the bank’s policies and standards, as well as applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure financial controls are in place including authorized spend approval are obtained for all costs’ incurrence.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of the financial accounting relating to the projects.

2. Performance Management
- Responsible for monthly accounts close and reconciliations for the project accounts.
- Provide timely, accurate and complete data for financial closing.
- Manage the project payment process.
- Assist in the tracking of value management, cost savings and change management.
