Financial Analyst Global Life
In this role within Global Life Finance, you will manage planning and performance management activities and shape Global Life finance function by improving planning and reporting processes. You will be responsible for diverse challenging tasks ranging from strategic target setting to reporting activities and interaction with external advisors. Specific responsibilities will reflect your level of seniority. You will have daily interaction with stakeholders and executives in the headquarters and business units globally. You will be able to work independently as a part of a dynamic team and demonstrate your capabilities in challenging activities. We will count on you to provide financial analysis and research on complex topics as well as to develop reporting and presentations. It is also essential that you build cross-functional relationships within the whole Zurich organization.
You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in finance after your university degree in finance or accounting. You have strong and proven analytical skills and work well with numbers and systems. Further essential assets are structured thinking and ability to process complex data. You can build effective models and reporting for diverse situations and you are able to do and summarize thorough financial analyzes and make consequent recommendations for the management. Prior experience in the life insurance industry would be a big advantage. You are fluent in both written and spoken English and preferably in German and have profound skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Besides excellent communication and presentation skills, you are able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines, interpret the demands of business executives and work stets with high accuracy and persistency.
