Financial Analyst (HR Cost Specialist)

They are looking for a dynamic and confident Financial Analyst who has extensive experience of analyzing large/complex volumes of Data, specifically relating to a HR/Headcount function. This is a core role reporting directly to the Head of the individual area and involves extensive stake holder management.
Key things they are looking for:
Prior experience of working within HR Teams dealing with large complex volumes of data
Budgeting, forecasting, planning
Able to communicate data to non-finance stakeholders
Excellent presentation skills
Strong Excel skills
Someone who is commercially astute
Career minded - wants to make a difference
