Finance partners with World Service to provide all aspects of financial support necessary to achieve the goal of driving extraordinary service at the right margins. This incumbent will collaborate with the World Service Network Transformation team (Servicing Engineering, Servicing Capabilities, and Network Configuration) to provide forecasting and planning, reporting and analysis, and decision support. Key responsibilities include: - Manage forecasting and planning for $70MM budget. - Ensure integrity of month-end results and develop succinct variance analysis. - Provide decision support to business on key ad-hoc initiatives. - Identify and implement process improvements in finance American Express is an equal opportunity employer. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. CPA/MBA a plus. - Strong Microsoft Excel skills required. Familiarity with Hyperion Essbase a plus. - Knowledge of World Service and call center operations a plus.
