JOB INFORMATION
Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning Analysis, serving as the Business Unit CFO for Business Support, this position is part of a team responsible for consolidating, reporting and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual corporate GA expenses and preparation and review of forecasting, budgeting and long term planning for the Business Support areas.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Work with the business to create the annual budget and robust monthly forecasts.
- Facilitate the budget process by communicating corporate timelines, deliverables and updates to customers.
- Provide senior management with performance management reporting and analytics to help manage the business and support solid decision making.
- Support and coordinate with business support areas, operations team and corporate consolidations to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results and in depth variance analysis.
- Participate in month end analyses to summarize, reconcile , and report financial results for corporate GA expenses.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a new set of financial metrics, dashboards, and reports to measure the company's performance against plan.
- Participate in special projects, including automation efforts and other improvements to the reporting process, to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
- 2 years of related experience
