Job Duties - Financial Analyst ATK Aerospace Systems is currently seeking a Financial Analyst in our Beltsville, Maryland facility. Duties include support of project managers with maintaining and tracking project performance data, preparation of project budgets/estimates, and preparing presentation quality financial summaries for monthly and quarterly reviews. Duties also include assisting with cost proposal preparation and performing ad-hoc queries. Qualifications: - BS in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field from an accredited four-year college or university (will be verified) - Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably providing financial/accounting support for government contracting or procurement activities. - Candidate must be proficient with Excel. - Experience with Deltek Costpoint and Cognos Contributor and/or ReportNet a plus. - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple deliverables - Ability to balance requirements from multiple sources - Working knowledge of the FAR and government contracting - Working knowledge of business and accounting operations This position can be filled one grade lower requiring a BS in Finance, Accounting, Business or related from an accredited four-year college or university (will be verified) and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
