Position Details:
Primary role as financial analyst creating and producing reports on procurement spend, suppliers and commodity analysis
Key Responsibilties:
- Act as the SME for Procurement software tools. Tools include Oracle iProcurement, Purchasing, iSupplier, iDiscover, DBI, eRFX and contract management software.
- Works closely with end users and assists IT personnel to evaluate, plan, and implement ongoing requirements, identify solve production problems.
- Maintains user training guides for all procurement system tools.
- Primary trainer for new users on iProcurement
- Perform routine system administrative duties such as updating supplier catalogs, signature authority; spend categories, and mass changes to purchase orders
- First point of escalation for end user help desk issues
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or related field
- Demonstrated proficiency and advanced skill in using the Microsoft Business Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project and Visio)
- Knowledge of the procure to pay process desirable
- Strong research and analytic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detailed oriented, focused on accuracy, pro-active, energetic
- Comfortable working within a small integrated team environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work appropriately
