Financial Analyst Job in Mountain View, California US
Our client in Sunnyvale is looking for a Financial Analyst (with 2 years experience ONLY) for a long term (estimated 12-month) assignment.
Duties This is a junior level role and having about two years of related experience would be ideal.
Provide financial support for the global consumer marketing organization Support monthly expense forecast process for assigned areas Prepare and submit journal entries to support the monthly and quarter-end close processes Define and prepare a quarterly reporting package for marketing management Support NAM rebate review and approval process including SMART tool enhancements Prepare ad hoc analysis and reporting per management's request
Skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial planning and reporting processes
- Strong analytical skill
- Prior experience on producing management reporting packages Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Detail oriented and ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with Oracle and Hyperion planning tools a strong plus
Education University graduate in related fields
