Financial Analyst Job in New York 10022, New York US
Post Acute Partners, LLC, a large and growing senior/pediatric post acute healthcare services company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its New York City Corporate Office. This position is responsible for performing analysis pertaining to acquisitions, development, recapitalizations, refinancings, and other special projects when needed. Additionally, this position is responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting, and other accounting functions.
The Financial Analyst will work on projects with owners and senior executives across the Company and report to the Senior Vice President, Finance.
Responsibilities:
Acquisitions Development - Supports SVP – Finance and CFO on analysis and due diligence related to new acquisitions, development, and recapitalizations including:
Investor/Lender Relations Reporting Analysis:
- Conducts analysis related to refinancing recapitalization opportunities.
Accounting Functions - Supports CFO with monthly and quarterly accounting functions including:
