Financial Analyst Job in North Bay 94117, California US

The candidate will work cross-functionally with peers in Procurement, Marketing, Finance and AP to build and refine processes to increase efficiencies. The Team drives cross functional projects to gain efficiencies in the budget/planning/procurement process. The candidate will also work on other special projects, as assigned. Other responsibilities include:

- Define and drive process improvements through organization

- Provide analysis and reporting to support operations reviews

- Drive planning related processes through supported teams

- Manage the Source-to-record process for supported teams

- Lead monthly budget reviews with Enterprise Mid Market teams

- Provide business planning assistance, periodic measurements of effectiveness, and facilitate efforts to optimize operational efficiency through business process definition and re-engineering

- Manage the design and implementation of business processes ensuring that business initiatives align with strategy

Skills Required

- 6-8 years experience in Operations or Finance role

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
