Develops financial models for healthcare real estate development and healthcare operating companies. A thorough understanding of financial modeling, including producing cash flow models, cash-on-cash yield, IRR analysis, and discounted cash flow valuation. A strong ability to analyze and understand financial statements and general understanding of credit, accounting, and capital markets. Evaluates performance and variances against budget for existing healthcare facilities. Conducts ad-hoc financial analysis and provides financial support to Finance and Accounting departments. Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting required. One to two years experience in investment banking or private equity analyst program required. Proficient in Microsoft products with advanced skill in MS Excel, macros and must be familiar with data manipulation.
