Perform all job duties in full accordance with the Worldwide Policies on Information Asset Protection, Maintain Password(s) as Confidential, and protect Critical Business Information. Incumbent knows, understands, incorporates and complies with all applicable laws and regulations relating to business activities and Policies and Procedures of the Health Care Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. Responsibilities / Qualification ? The analyst role works closely with Finance Sales and Marketing Manager, supporting various Financial Analytics and Reporting. ? Support with month-end and quarter end close requirements ? Strong Excel background a must. Assist with various analysis, account reconciliations, account analysis, accrual calculations, and other related accounting documents/schedules. ? Work closely with management/team members on any ad hoc sales analytics, including support of Business Plan and Financial Updates. ? Self Starter that can work independently and work well in a team setting. Ability to switch priorities based on business demands. ? Research, retrieve and organize data to prepare sales reports and financial documentation to meet strict deadlines. ? Establish and maintain positive working relationships with excellent communication skills, both oral and written. ? Complete ad hoc SOX activities and testing as required. General Qualification A minimum of a bachelor?s degree is required preferably in a major in finance or accounting. A minimum of three years of progressive finance/accounting experience is required. Strong accounting and analytical skills are required. Excellent PC skills in Excel are required. Experience with SAP is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (including oral and written) and the ability to perform in an environment that emphasizes teamwork are critical requirements for the success in this role. Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage multiple and frequently changing priorities is required. High degree of accuracy, with attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines is required. Strong research and analysis skills.
