EGG finance reporting into the LFO group. This department works with the Serve product to develop programs to increase acquisition and retention of Serve cardmembers. Additionally this team is responsible for the Sometrics financials. This role combines aspects of both accounting and finance while working with management to support the Sometrics business as well as Serve projects as assigned by the EGG group. This position will be responsible for working with Controllership, GBS, and other business teams as part of the LFO group. Reconciliation: Perform detailed end to end reconciliation of transactions related to the Serve programs. This includes; daily reconciliations by event/offer ID at the individual cardmember level, researching and resolving unmatched transactions by partnering with IT and customer service, and wellness reporting related the success rates of reconciliation. Incentive Pool Monitoring / Reconciliation: assist / manage the reporting of the quarterly reconciliations and the various promotions that use the balance. Assist in performance metrics reporting including distribution and education to business partners. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Work with management to create financial reporting; including PL, budgets, and forecasting. Performance Reporting : Work with Management and business teams to create useful performance reporting, including KPIs related to acquisition, cardmember engagement, and loyalty. Perform monthly tasks related to AR and AP for the ongoing Sometrics business, including; Invoice and billing generation and tracking. Assist Management as key contact for Accounting and GBS teams related to accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, AR and AP. Assist management in creating useful tools and reporting to help business teams manage the ongoing business and identify future opportunities American Express is an equal opportunity employer.
