-- Financial Analyst, Mid-01116145 Description Key Role: Assist with the advancement of a DoD Financial Improvement Program. Maintain responsibility for business process documentation and internal control testing. Perform gap and risk analyses and implement corrective actions to remediate business process and internal control deficiencies in support of obtaining an unqualified audit opinion. This position is located in Bremerton, WA. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -3 years of experience with federal financial management -Experience with business process documentation, design, and improvement -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: -Experience with risk assessments and gap analysis -Experience with writing financial management policies and procedures -Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley or OMB Circular A-123, Appendix A compliance -Experience with financial statement and internal control audit -Experience with internal control design, assessment, and improvement -Experience with capital assessment management and control testing -Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) -Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
