- 1-2 years proven project / infrastructure finance experience (lending and/or advisory), or analogous contract bid experience;
- Proficiency in the preparation of (bankable) financial models (e.g. 3-way integrated financial statements etc) and other (ad-hoc) financial evaluation models;
- Very strong analytical, evaluation, scenario analysis and problem solving skills in relation to capital investments;
- Demonstrated understanding of basic legal and commercial rights contained in contracts, experience with and exposure to commercial legal agreements;
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to relate to a diverse group of people and personalities both within and outside of the organisation; and Degree qualifications in relevant fields (BComm/BBus/MBA, with an additional LLB/JD highly regarded).
For the right candidate, this role offers an employer willing to invest in its employees’ futures and career progression, and exposure to the project / infrastructure finance transaction environment that is typically only found in Sydney or Melbourne. Assistance with relocation expenses will be considered.
