Financial Analyst recruitment
AlphaOne Partners is a wealth management/advisory firm focused on servicing UHNW and Sovereign Wealth clients. We advise on portfolios investing across asset classes through alternative and passive investment vehicles, as well as through direct investments.
We are currently seeking to build out the team with two Financial Analysts:
1) Financial Analyst with 2-3 years experience in a bulge bracket investment bank or asset management firm. Focus on portfolio performance reporting, preparing investment write-ups, running financial models, arranging and attending meetings with fund managers. Needs to be familiar with all asset classes, but with hedge funds and private equity in particular.
2) Financial Analyst with 2-3 years experience in a bulge bracket investment bank or private equity firm. Focused on preparing investment write-ups, running financial models, attending meetings with PE fund managers and sponsors of various projects. Needs to be familiar with real estate, project finance and private equity investment dynamics in particular.
The following apply for both roles:
Very good knowledge of Excel required; familiarity with Bloomberg.
CFA a distinct advantage.
Little training will be dispensed so the candidate must be a self-starter and able to be effective quickly.
Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and potentially outside regular office hours are a must.
Attention to detail is crucial.
Constructive attitude and an ability to take on critical feedback.
