Job Description
Assist in the preparation, analysis, and distribution of the financial statement package. Responsibilities include follow-up to inquiries made regarding issued financial statements, as well as special projects assigned by management.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a project to create “Best Practices” for REO Management
- Process REO loan movement
- Analyze loans for proper Inv/Category classification
- Establish Management Reports
- Utilize Corporate Advance For proper loan level tracking
- Prepare analytics for monthly Final Analysis
- Prepare Policy and Procedure for Corporate Advance used in REO management
- MSP Passport Reporting
- Prepare Powerpoint presentations for executive management
- Utilize access to prepare various analytics
- Actual to Forecast rate/volume analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in Budgeting and Forecasting preferably in a Mortgage Servicing environment
- Working knowledge of Mortgage Default processes
- Financial Analytic experience
- General Accounting Knowledge
- Experience in REO accounting
- Excellent PC skills, Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Access
- Knowledge of MSP Servicing system
- Peoplesoft
