Financial Analyst/Investment Specialist – Real Estate Development recruitment
As part of their expansion they are now seeking a highly motivated individual to work for their European distribution property development business.
Working closely with the company Managing Director you will:
• Actively review potential schemes across the distribution market in Europe
• Do investment appraisals and financial modelling on existing and new acquisitions
• Have involvement in the origination, structuring and organisation of funding for new projects
• Assist the MD in ad-hoc duties across the existing business
You will either be a CFA or ACA qualified individual with a strong background in real estate. A good first degree is essential. There is an excellent salary attached to this role. Whilst the role will be based in Belgium, regular travel to London will be required.
