Financial and MIS Analyst (AVP) – Group Financial Control recruitment

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for reporting and analysis of the performance of business units. This includes working with and partnering business units in providing value-added MIS support, analysis of product / customer revenue, business performance, MIS methodologies and financial-related matters.
Identify and analyze financial trends, drivers of business performance which impact the consolidated profitability of the group.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly/ quarterly performance reports.
This role will also give you exposure to handle various assignments and tasks on an adhoc basis to support the business and its management.

Requirements

You should possess a good university degree, preferably in Accountancy with at least 5 years' work experience including over 3-4 years' experience in external audit or financial/ management reporting in banking industry.
Other qualities include:
Strong writing and analytical skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Good working knowledge of various systems / applications such as Microsoft Office Suite of applications, Hyperion and Oracle-based systems.
Good data-mining skills.
