Financial Associate – WSS Americas Market/Segment recruitment

Market FinanceJ.P. Morgan Market Finance provides financial support to the six markets/segments within the Americas region. The team
supports each Market Executive using a broad range of financials tools/metrics to better understand client behavior as it relates to the financial impact (both near-term and long-term) for the market as a whole. The Analyst will assist with the coordination and development of market PL's, forecasts/plan, profit improvement plans, revenue realization, deal pricing models and executive financial communications.
In addition, through extensive interaction, the Analyst will partner with Market sales executives, product and operations partners and WSS global finance teams.

Job Responsibilities:Cross-Market support and coordination including:

Client-level PL planning and forecasting
Preparation of pricing models for new deals within market
Consolidation of product/market drivers
Deal Reviews/Audits/Repricing analyses
Partnership with sales support teams to conduct on-going deal revenue realization reviews
Maintain on-going analysis of competitor pricing
Maintain client data validity, revenue and expense accuracy
Production of ad-hoc reporting
Periodic executive management reporting and business review preparationInput on process improvements and performance enhancements

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance preferred but not requiredMinimum 3 years working within financial services/banking industryAbility to create and maintain robust financial reporting and analysis processesAbility to make appropriate connections between financial data and business trends while providing concise and meaningful insight to team membersCore accounting knowledge on gross margin and profit calculations, trend analysis, financial forecasting, revenue and expense analysis and client profitability analysisExpert in Excel and PowerPointTeam player instincts with the ability to see a project to conclusion with little follow-upAbility to meet deadlines and manage through multiple deliverable and initiativesAbility to bring insight to the table and thrive in a fast paced environmentAbility to master the JPM internal financial systems including GEM, Valued Holdings, Advantage, and others.
Knowledge of database programs a plus.
