Robin Johnson Engineering is a large electrical design engineering and construction company. Our dynamic team of engineering and project staff form one of the largest renewable energy design and installation teams in Australia. Our core markets are renewable and conventional power generation, transmission and distribution, mining and mineral processing as well as general electrical engineering projects across Australia.
We are seeking the services of a self motivated person to join our administration team in this newly created role.
Your role as Financial Clerk will include the following duties;
- Project Invoicing and preparation of claims
- Accounts Receivable and Debtor liaison
- Monthly cash forecasting
- Preparation of project cost control reports and forecasts
- Liaising with Engineers and Project Managers
To be successful in this role you will need previous experience in a financial reporting and/or controller role, demonstrate a high level of initiative and self motivation and posses the following skills;
- An excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel
- A sound understanding of accounting practices
- Be able to build and maintain both internal and external relationships
- Have exceptional phone manner
- Have the ability to work well in a team
