Position:
Instructional Designer in Finance (based in Hong Kong)
Responsibilities:
The Instructional Designer provides expertise and technology support in the design, development, and continued improvement of our courses and certifications.
This includes the following responsibilities:
- Supervise course writers to design and develop sound instructional material.
- Design online courses including learning activities and assessments.
- Develop and implement learning solutions such as training kits deliverables, blended learning solutions, video, webinars, and virtual classrooms
- Manage external vendors to support the design, development and implementation of training solutions
- Utilize emerging technology to incorporate engaging learning strategies to online students.
- Analyze data to evaluate and refine courses.
Profile:
- 5-10 year working experience in CIB
- Excellent knowledge of financial markets and corporate finance
- French should be mother tongue, English fluent with studies or working experience in an international environment, Mandarin would be a plus
- High degree of accuracy along with attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to always meet deadlines
