One of the most progressive and entrepreneurial professional services firms in the UK today is currently recruiting for qualified and commercially sound Financial Consultants. The company is the 7th largest accounting firm in the UK and is recognised as one of the most progressive and entrepreneurial in the country.
The company provide business advisory, risk management, tax, recovery, and financial management services to a national client base that ranges from individuals and owner managed businesses, to large corporations and public sector organisations. Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit Financial Consultants to work at the forefront of the Business Advisory division.
You would be tasked with providing NHS clients with a high quality consultative service through business modelling, supporting the commercialisation of NHS organisations at both an operational and strategic level and providing assurance on transactions being undertaken. You will develop and maintain relationships with senior client staff and act as the principal contact on major finance projects.
The ideal candidate for the role will be part or fully ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience delivering a high quality financial advisory/consultancy service to NHS or public sector clients. Experience dealing with financial due diligence, financial turnaround and business modelling will be required, as will strong commercial and financial analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insight and construct solutions. A background working for one of the UK's leading accounting practices would also be an advantage.
This is a client facing role so you will combine excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. You will be a flexible and proactive individual with strong project management and delivery skills, plus the ability perform consistently at a high level and under pressure.
The company are willing to consider applications from across the UK. Due to the nature of the role a full UK driving licence will be required.
