Financial Consultant – Train Operating Franchise Bid recruitment
Our Client, a major public transport franchise operator, are looking to recruit a talented Financial Bid Consultants to join their rail franchise bid team.
The Bid Consultant will work with Team Leaders, focusing on the Rolling Stock Operations and Engineering aspects of the bid.
Key responsibilities:
• Work with Team leaders to develop their business initiatives, as well as challenging existing solutions and financial outcomes
• Raise clarification questions with the data provider
• Populate financial Initiative appraisal NPV forms
• Build/work Tier 1 and 2 models that link to Financial Model
• Develop base detailed PL from Long Form Reports
• Write Financial Record of assumptions
• Identify and manage key risks
• Evaluate capital investment proposals
The successful candidate will have significant financial bid experience gained within a Train Operating Company
