Financial Consulting-FX Trading And Settlements-New York recruitment
The team works closely with banks on new business plans for expanding FX trading into new markets and with new counterparties.
The candidate must have specific operational risk, financial risk or trading room experience in the foreign exchange markets and must have a solid understanding of the FX trade lifecycle (payments and settlements). Preference will be given to candidates who possesses strong FX experience and have worked in business development or strategic planning or consulting with a major FX trading bank or major Financial Consulting firm. The role requires superior presentation skills, superior Excel spreadsheet skills, and strong data mining and statistical analysis skills.
Candidates should have an advanced degree in Finance or Busienss.
Projects will focus on FX trading risk:
1. lifecycle of the trade -risks and controls
2. trade settlement and confirmation processes
3. business requirements assessment
4. strong understanding of the technology requirements and changes due to the regulatory changes.
