Department Overview
Our Finance Division is comprised of the following groups: Financial Control, Product Control, Financial Decision Support, and Tax. All areas allow you to build a thorough understanding of our business and enable you to add value in the reporting and analysis of financial information. Finance is an exciting area as the division supports a variety of products in a constantly changing marketplace.
Financial Control oversees the financial records and reporting of our business activity. Providing accurate information, they enable us to react to opportunities and focus on critical business issues. Financial Control also provides information to senior management, as well as external fiscal parties.
Main Duties
- Cross Asset Class control risk monitoring of Product Control line functions
- Ensure that Americas PCG areas are complying with the Global Control requirements
- Conduct reviews and analysis of monthly controls packs by business lines to ensure compliance with the global policy guidelines
- Perform consultative Deep dives review of Control risks identified by line functions and make recommendations of resolution plans
- Participate in the IT development of the various Control related platforms helping in shaping strategic development
- Write Control policy guidelines in conjunction with the global team
- Engage with Internal Audit, Operational Risk Management and Balance Sheet Control on issues of mutual interest
- Engage with Compliance on behalf of PCG for coordinating Regulatory investigations impacting on PCG
- Ad-Hoc investigations based on the Global steer
