Financial Control Change Management recruitment
Our client, a top tier global investment bank, are on the lookout for the top jnr-snr level AVPs in the market from financial reporting or financial control backgrounds. They DO NOT want long term business analysts or project managers but rather strong line controllers that have a strong element of project work or 1-3 yrs of expeirnce in a more BA/PM focussed role. So for example a candidate with 8 yrs experience might have 5-6 in full line control and then maybe 2-3 in projects or BA work.
Main DutiesTo identify, plan and drive change across Asia Financial Control.
Responsibilities:
1. Mange execution of projects across all aspects of the lifecycle:
- Produce and monitor progress against detailed project plans
- Ensure high quality deliverables including business requirements
- Working with IT / Users to identify solutions
- Implementation tasks including UAT and ensuring transition to BAU is successful and sustainable
- Project status reporting to stakeholders
2. Identify and manage process efficiencies across Asia Pac FC
3. Working with key Asia FC stakeholders to identify strategic initiatives and define roadmap for key deliverables
4. Review and document existing processes and develop target operating models encompassing preparation of all associated business requirements/specifications in order to achieve such a model.
