Financial Control Project recruitment

A leading bank seeks an experienced project candidate from a financial control and general ledger background.

The position will draw upon both line and project skills to working on a high priority general ledger improvement project.

Requirements:

Strong Accounting skills and a flair of blending accounting / reporting needs with solutions available in the toolset
Strong leadership qualities - ability to inspire / influence teams, stake-holders, service providers.
Pragmatic approach to achieving the objectives set, able to flex the approach as needed
Capacity to think creatively and laterally; excellent reasoning skills and the ability to make sound judgments
In depth experience in implementation / managing of Finance Systems across a large sized bank utilizing multiple modules of PeopleSoft Financials.
Exposure / working experience in utilizing PeopleSoft Enterprise Performance Management application toolset.
