Financial Controller (1 year contract)
Our client is a successful business which has continued to grow over a number of years. We are now looking to recruit for a Financial Controller to join the business for a 1 year contract. In this role you will be responsible for the management of a small finance team, ensuring that all day to day duties are carried out in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for providing monthly and ad hoc reporting and analysis for the Finance Director and Board, as well as budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. You will also work with the Finance Director to develop processes and systems in order improve reporting.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, with strong management and leadership experience. You will be experience in both management and financial accounting, and experience of working in manufacturing would be advantageous but is not a pre requisite.
