Financial Controller
Our exclusive client is an incredibly successful, long established and incredibly ambitious construction and facilities management business based near Bolton. As a result of management change they are now looking to appoint a hand son, competent and technically astute Financial Controller to take over the day-to-day running of the Finance function.
The incoming Financial Controller will have full control of the production of monthly management accounts and all things financial; experience of working within a construction/facilities management setting is highly desirable as is working with subcontractors (CIS scheme).
The role will run a small team of dedicated accounts staff and will act as Finance Lead in the absence of its part-time FD.
This is a long-term appointment and will form a basis of the structure of their business going forward.
