Our client, a large gaming organisation is now looking for a Financial Controller.
You will report directly to the Finance Director and be in charge of overseeing the finance function. You will manage and verify the financial status and operating procedures of the casino through a systematic program of audits. You will be responsible to write the casino’s internal control procedures and make sure they are in compliance with applicable laws. You will also be expected to make adjustments to the internal control procedures to ensure efficiency and protection of assets and manage the performance of audit assignments by reviewing staff work and audit reports.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant and have experience working with casinos. You must also be open minded with excellent communications skills. Travel on a non-frequent basis will be required.
